<P>Enzymatically catalysed Baeyer–Villiger reactions were successfully performed making use of our novel cofactor regenerating nanoreactors. The system is based on intrinsically porous polymeric vesicles loaded with enzymes that are able to regenerate the cofactor NADPH.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>Innately porous polymersomes were successfully employed as cofactor regenerating nanoreactors in an enzymatically catalysed Baeyer–Villiger reaction.<BR><IMG SRC='http://pubs.rsc.org/services/images/RSCpubs.ePlatform.Service.FreeContent.ImageService.svc/ImageService/image/GA?id=c1jm12407b'><BR></P>
