<P>A bi-enzymatic cascade for the redox-isomerisation of allylic alcohol is presented. Coupling of an alcohol dehydrogenase to an enoate reductase has been successfully applied in one pot for the isomerisation of an allylic alcohol to the corresponding ketone.
